The Wheels have turned tonight as two new local shows will premiere on eTV

IT'S about to go down this evening as eTV brings you new two freshest pure Mzansi storytelling local shows to your small screen at 6:30 pm, the countdown has begun for the all-new Nikiwe which will start at 6:30 pm tonight and followed by the local leading alpha, Smoke and Mirrors at 9 pm tonight.

Last night members of the media, cast members, crew members and special guests were hosted yesterday for an exclusive screening of the two shows to get to know the lead characters of both shows a bit better and how they got the roles and how it has been shooting the series.

Also, Executive Producers of both shows also expressed their gratitude and excitement about the work they have pulled alongside the crew and cast members.

“Exciting times are ahead of us, as a channel we fell in love with this story concept because it also follows the lives of the youth, we’ve explored all possible dilemma’s that this market would go through and translated them to screen-giving viewers a product that they’ll resonate with, night in, night out,” said Mark Madai, e.tv Executive Producer.

A story concept by Thomas Gumede, the Producer who also directed the first block of the show had this to say, “We’re pulling all stops with this show, splitting shoots between studio and location this will result in nonstop and back to back dramatic scenes for the audience”
